At different stages of life we have varying needs and sometimes want to change directions of where we want our life to go. Sometimes we may need an outside perspective to help with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, changes in career paths, relationships, sexuality, performance, goals, direction, etc. We can be in a struggle with ourselves, the past, our family and even our friends. You are not alone.

We all deserve a life that is full, passionate, healthy, social and most importantly free of all of stressors that may hinder your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing! My goal is to help you process any strain from past/present experiences, difficulties and/or troubles to ensure a pleasurable and exciting future through multiple different types of therapy.

As a licensed therapist in Washington and Idaho, I will work with you to meet your goals and/or assist in your discovery. Together we will overcome your barriers to find happiness, passion, freedom, healthy relationships, productivity, self-esteem & self-awareness. I am available for Telehealth appointments in Washington and Idaho and in person sessions located in Sandpoint Idaho. I am trained to support therapy with modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Progressive Counting, DBT & CBT skill building, Tri-dosha Yoga, iRest Yoga nidra Mediation, life coaching, travel support, doula services & wellness consulting.
